Dr Zhao Tian graduated from Fudan University, China in 2012. 赵天医生于 2012 年毕业于复旦大学。

Before joining Faircare Medical, he worked in government restructured hospitals, polyclinics and private GP groups, gaining experience in general medicine, general surgery, emergency medicine, urology and critical care. 加入 Faircare Medical 前，他曾在新加坡公立医院、综合诊疗所和私立全科诊所集团工作，积累了内科、外科、急诊、泌尿科和重症医学等经验。

He completed the Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine in 2018 and was accredited as a Family Physician by the Family Physician Accreditation Board in the same year. 他于 2018 年完成家庭医学研究生文凭，并于同年获得家庭医生认证委员会认证。

Dr Li Chao graduated from Fudan University, China in 2012. 李超医生于 2012 年毕业于复旦大学。

After graduation, he worked in restructured hospital departments including orthopedics and A&E, and gained experience in community hospital, hospice and polyclinics. 毕业后，他曾在公立医院骨科和急诊等科室工作，也在社区医院、临终关怀和综合诊疗所积累经验。

He obtained the Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine in 2019 and Graduate Diploma in Occupational Medicine in 2021. He is an accredited Family Physician and DWD designated workplace doctor, and passed the FRCEM primary examination in 2020. 他于 2019 年获得家庭医学研究生文凭，2021 年获得职业医学研究生文凭，是认证家庭医生和指定工作场所医生，并于 2020 年通过 FRCEM primary 考试。

Dr Fang Xiaocong graduated from Fudan University, China in 2012. 方晓聪医生于 2012 年毕业于复旦大学。

She has been an accredited Family Physician with the College of Family Physicians, Singapore since 2019. 她自 2019 年起获得新加坡家庭医师学院认证家庭医生资格。

Before joining Faircare, she practised in government restructured hospitals, government polyclinics and a renowned private healthcare group, gaining extensive clinical experience in internal medicine and family medicine. 加入 Faircare 前，她曾在公立医院、政府综合诊疗所和知名私立医疗集团执业，积累了内科和家庭医学方面的临床经验。

She obtained MRCP (UK) in 2018, completed the Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine from NUS in 2019, Diploma in Paediatrics from Ireland in 2021, and Master of Medicine in Family Medicine in 2022. 她于 2018 年获得 MRCP (UK)，2019 年完成新加坡国立大学家庭医学研究生文凭，2021 年获得爱尔兰儿科文凭，并于 2022 年获得家庭医学硕士。

Dr Men Xi graduated from Peking University, China in 2016. 门茜医生于 2016 年毕业于北京大学。

She holds the Graduate Diploma in Geriatric Medicine, awarded by the National University of Singapore in 2023. 她于 2023 年获得新加坡国立大学老年医学研究生文凭。

Before joining Faircare as a general practitioner, she worked across a wide range of public hospital departments, with experience in subacute care and community medicine. 加入 Faircare 成为全科医生前，她曾在公立医院多个科室工作，并具备亚急性照护和社区医学经验。

She manages patients of all ages and treats a broad range of acute and chronic diseases. She is also accredited in telemedicine and aesthetic practice. 她可照护不同年龄段患者，处理多类急慢性疾病，并具备远程医疗和医学美容执业认证。
